I was never a water drinker before. I was a diet coke drinker.

But not anymore! That is another thing I stopped buying. I started eating more vegetables, and more meats, poultry, and fish. I eat 5-6 times a day, but I take smaller portions and I use smaller plates. I also eat much slower so I start to feel full faster. I used to eat fast and would eat way to much until I felt uncomfortable and overloaded.
I basically cut out all bread, sugar, and white flour. I stopped eating the noodles and the sauces. The hardest thing for me was to stop eating candy bars, and chocolate products. I just love chocolate brownies!
Soups are very healthy because they are the perfect combination of solids and liquids. It nourishes us and is a good snack before meals. Kids hate broccoli, but this vegetable is a good source of calcium and vitamin C. Vitamin C helps our body absorb calcium and also has certain phytochemicals that are important for our immune system, which fights the onslaught of diseases.
